·Introduction of the exhibition

Firstly, I would like to introduce this exhibition:

China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, was established in the spring of 1957. Co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of PRC and the People's Government of Guangdong Province and organized by China Foreign Trade Centre, it is held every spring and autumn in Guangzhou, China. As a comprehensive international trading event with the longest history, the largest scale, the most complete exhibit variety, the largest buyer attendance, the most diverse buyer origin and the greatest business turnover in China, Canton Fair is hailed as China’s No.1 Fair and the barometer of China’s foreign trade.

As the window, epitome and symbol of China's opening up and an important platform for international trade cooperation, Canton Fair has withstood various challenges and never been interrupted since its inception. It has been successfully held for 135 sessions and established trade relations with more than 229 countries and regions around the world. The accumulated export volume has amounted to about USD 1.5 trillion and the total number of overseas buyers attending the Canton Fair onsite and online has exceeded 10 million. The Fair has effectively promoted trade connections and friendly exchanges between China and the world.

·Mother & Baby Product Market

The Baby & Children and Maternity Product exhibits in the Hall 20.1.

There are over 200 booths to show the Baby&Mother product in many filed.

Perhaps you may spend your whole morning for visiting them all.

This time we discovered some new designed breast pump, new function milk warmer and many other things like the bottle sterilizer etc.

·Trending and Future

From  the discovery from the exhibition, we find out today's manufacturer will more focus on the multifunction, digital operate and smart control (by phone APP to check the state and operate).

For example, this is a milk shaker. It's basic function is using the electric component to rounding shake the milk. It could be seen as the specific product to shaking the milk powder. For designer, they will figure out that what will mother do when after using this function. So they design a warming function inside. So it actually becomes a milk warmer&shaker, and because its structure 

limit. Water warming is not be allowed. The warming way will be designed as the waterless.

It should be good for mother, because they don't have to buy another milk warmer to deal with the warming problem. But in some country and region ,the situation is different. In UK and India, mother will using the hot water to make the milk by powder. It means the warming mode is useless for this time. They will think why I should pay more for an useless function.

In the other hands, mothers will more eager to buy the product in one time to solve the requirement in the baby caring. It can save time for selecting the product. This is a selling trending for today's market. 

·Summary and Our Plan

It's a great harvest from this exhibition! we not only seen mass brand new product, but also experience today's mother and baby market's trending and producer's thinking in how to good serve for mother and baby.
